Our Constitutional Fight
The Arkansas State Alliance for Constitutional Rights (ASACR) is an incorporated nonprofit organization dedicated to defending and upholding the constitutional rights of everyday Arkansans—free of charge—when those rights are violated by government actions or overreach.
We represent ordinary people across the state in cases involving violations of the Arkansas Constitution and the United States Constitution, focusing on core protections that safeguard individual liberty, due process, free speech, religious freedom, privacy, and other fundamental freedoms essential to a free society.
Despite the significant challenges of litigating against powerful government entities, we advocate tirelessly to ensure that no Arkansan stands alone when their most cherished constitutional rights are threatened.
